The Future of Today’s Legal Scholarship: A Symposium in Honor of Bob Oakley, will be held July 25, 2009 at Georgetown University Law Library. Webcasts are available here, and Professor Rebecca Tushnet’s notes are available here, here, & here. (HT to @montserratlj & @ecarr42 for the links.) The symposium will address three questions:
- How can quality academic scholarship reliably be discovered?
- How can future researchers be assured of perpetual access to the information currently available in blogs?
- How can any researcher be confident that documents posted to blogs are genuine?
Registration is available here. For more details, visit the conference Website.
