Dr. João Alberto de Oliveira Lima of the Federal Senate of Brazil, and colleagues, have published Memória Legislativa do Código Civil, a legislative history of the Brazilian Civil Code.
Dr. Lima and colleagues have also created a visualization of the contents of the Brazilian Civil Code (scroll down) entitled Sumário Topográfico do Código Civil (scroll down).
According to Dr. Lima:
The diagram should be read from the center and each segment represent a article group (Parte, Livro, Título, Capítulo, Seção e Subseção). The visualization was made with D3.js API using the Partition/SunBurst model (http://d3js.org/).
