U.S. State of Idaho claims copyright in its statutory code

The U.S. State of Idaho has asserted copyright in its statutory code, in a notice-of-copyright-infringement letter sent on 12 July 2013 to Public.Resource.Org.

Public.Resource.Org has published the code, in XML, and PDF formats, free on the Web at https://law.resource.org/pub/us/code/id/

Excerpt of letter:

[...] To be clear, Idaho claims copyright in both the native statutory content and the analyses, summaries and reference materials contained in the linked directories (defined above as the Idaho Code) [...]
